High-Concurrency
Logistics Dashboard.

Logistics operators need real-time data to dispatch fleets and manage warehouses. When a regional freight firm experienced sync delays on their legacy ERP, we replaced it with a custom Next.js & Cloudflare D1 platform.

100%Real-Time Sync Accuracy
ZeroDatabase Lockouts

The Challenge: Query Latency & Sync Conflicts

Our client was managing over 120 freight trucks and 200 warehouse staff through an outdated, server-bound legacy database. When multiple dispatchers attempted to update delivery statuses simultaneously, the server locked queries, creating 5 to 8-second latencies.

The Strategy: Cloudflare D1 SQL & Edge Authentication

We engineered a bespoke CRM and administrative portal from scratch:

  • Cloudflare D1 Serverless SQL: Instant reads and writes from serverless edge handlers without connection pools locking up.
  • Edge Middleware Auth: Secure JWT verification executed at edge nodes in under 50ms before loading UI state.
  • Dynamic Data Visualization: Real-time fleet telemetry charts rendered dynamically on tablet viewports.

SaaS Core Architecture Achievements:

Lightweight APIs

Edge handlers run API logic in under 15ms, eliminating database bottlenecks.

Role-Based Security

Multi-role access rules keep sensitive dispatch records secure.

Dynamic Metrics

Interactive statistics track fleet capacity trends with instant CSV/PDF exports.

The Impact: Zero Query Lockouts, 35% Faster Dispatch

The redesigned fleet platform achieved sub-second query and mutation cycles across all warehouse tablets, resulting in a 35% increase in operational dispatch speed.
