1. Commission Scope & Services
The Scene Co. provides comprehensive creative technology, event management, audio-visual production, digital platform engineering, branding, and web application solutions. Deliverables are specified in signed Master Services Agreements or Statements of Work.
2. Milestones & Payment
Engagements operate on milestone disbursements agreed in the project charter. Upfront retainers are allocated toward technical resource provisioning, venue reservations, and asset development.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final milestone settlement, clients acquire full ownership rights to custom source code, event graphic collateral, and visual identities specifically generated for the engagement.
4. Support & Maintenance
Digital applications and platforms receive ongoing post-launch operational support and monitoring as defined in the client SLA.
